THE STAR OF THE GRILL
Born in the province of Brindisi and raised among the natural wonders of the South and the alleys of small villages.
His is a true vocation for meat: at the age of 4 he began following his father to slaughterhouses and farms in southern Italy.
With Focus, a dream that began at a young age has taken shape.
